Hesperia Code LLC develops, owns, and licenses software technologies, source codes, and intellectual property for business applications, digital commerce, automation, and artificial intelligence (including technologies such as EchoEngine).
Consumer Restriction
Our offerings and services are intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use by commercial entities, developers, and enterprises. Transactions with consumers (non-business individuals under EU consumer laws) are not permitted without prior explicit approval. Consequently, consumer protection regulations do not apply.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
