FEN.bot is a conversational expert system with a knowledge base that turns website enquiries into complete priced quotations. It connects to an existing enquiry form, engages the customer in a natural dialogue, and designs each offer item as if guided by an experienced salesperson. The system calculates accessories, services, transport, installation and delivery, then sends the finished quotation by e-mail on behalf of the assigned salesperson. Machine learning continuously improves the accuracy of product design, frame division, sash count, opening type and other parameters.
